4. Service Fees and Payment

Planning Fees

• Travel planning services are billed at $20-35 per hour
• Planning fees are non-refundable
• Fees must be paid before travel arrangements are finalized

Booking Commissions

• We may earn commissions from travel suppliers for bookings made
• Commissions do not increase the price you pay
• Any supplier-paid commissions supplement planning fees

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Booking and Reservation Policy

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for bookings
• Review all booking details before confirmation
• Ensure valid passports and required travel documents
• Obtain necessary visas and vaccinations
• Purchase appropriate travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Booking Modifications

• Changes to bookings may incur supplier fees
• Change requests must be submitted in writing
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable

Cancellations

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier
• Most suppliers impose cancellation penalties
• Travel insurance may help recover costs
• Our planning fees are non-refundable regardless of trip cancellation

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Travel delays

We can provide insurance recommendations but are not insurance agents. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding your insurance policy.
